Vinyasa Yoga at KALAA Yoga Berlin is suitable for everyone in search of activity and movement, and taught by highly qualified teachers in a compassionate and dedicated manner.
We pursue a creative and dynamic approach towards working with the body, particularly focusing on healthy alignment, committed practice and mindful connection with ourselves and our environment.
Alongside flowing movement, strengthening yoga sequences and precise postural work, our classes also offer inspiration for personal development, well-being and relaxation. In addition to our dynamic Vinyasa Flow classes, we offer gentle yoga for the back and shoulders as well as Restorative Yoga. Besides we host monthly workshops with international guest teachers, Thai Yoga Massage treatments as well as the 200h KALAA Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training.
