Yoga at the KALAA Garden
Finally we can move outside again, feel the grass and the wind and breathe extra deep!
As of this week, we are taking advantage of our expanded yoga studio at the KALAA Garden, as the outdoor season has begun! In addition to the three classes traditionally held outside during the summer, we are setting up an additional garden class on Tuesdays 4:30-5:30pm starting May 17.
Here are all the outdoor classes at a glance:
Tuesdays, 4:30-5:30pm
VINYASA YOGA for all levels with Tomer.
Wednesdays, 12.30-13.30pm
YOGA AT MIDDAY for all levels with Janine
Fridays, 10-11am
STRENGTH & MOBILITY FLOW for all levels with Katharina
Sundays, 7-8pm
DEEP FLOW for all levels with Danielle & N’gone in rotation
The garden classes are not broadcast online, in case of bad weather they take place in the studio. The garden is pleasantly shaded, so it’s wonderful to practice yoga even on hot days. We will provide some outdoor mats, but you are also welcome to bring your own.
