ONLINE YOGA
KALAA YOGA BERLIN VIA LIVESTREAM
The KALAA online yoga classes enable you to join our yoga classes from home. Sometimes it does not work out to get to the yoga studio, you are outside of Berlin or just prefer to take a practice at home from time to time. All you need for our online classes is an internet connection and a place where you can set up your mat and relax.
How it works:
We are using Zoom for our Livestream classes and you can join on your preferred device: laptop, tablet or smart phone. Please register for your yoga class 30 minutes before start through our online schedule. You will receive your access link by Email 15 minutes prior to class start.
You can use your KALAA yoga class card or take a Drop In class (11 Euro).
Just a few clicks and we will meet each other for yoga practice on the screen!

We have collected some tips to enhance your online yoga experience
Set up a pleasant practice space and let in some fresh air before you start the class. If you like some extra atmosphere you can light some candles or incense.
At the start and end of class you can turn on your camera and sound, so we can say Hi to you!
It is also totally fine to keep camera and sound off at all the time. During the class we will switch of the participants mics to improve sound quality.
Every now and then the internet connection might be unstable. Don’t worry, usually that is just for a few seconds. If you ever experience longer disturbances just re-open the class link.
You can place your screen in front of the mat or to your side. It is not necessary to see the screen all the time, you can focus on the voice of the teacher and follow the instructions by listening. That is a great way to train your hearing sense and will improve your own body awareness.
Always be caring and mindful with yourself, your body and breath as you move through the yoga practice. Tap into your concentration and listen to the signals of your body and breath. The KALAA yoga teachers will guide you through creative and sometimes challenging sequences. Take it easy and enjoy!
