YIN YOGA – TO BE IN SILENCE

Yin yoga practice invites us to pause and immerse ourselves in silence. We need the silence to be able to perceive the wonderful sounds of life, writes the Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh. By doing the exercises slowly and holding them for a long time, deep-seated structures and layers of tissue (fascia) are opened. The body and breathing come to rest and we experience serenity, clarity and joy.
The workshop takes place in the studio and online and is suitable for all levels. There will be a small tea break during the workshop.
