Inverted postures are among the most exciting and challenging asanas in yoga practice, because they not only turn the body upside down, but our entire perception.
In this workshop, we will explore a wide range of asanas and examine not only their technical approaches, but also the physiological effects and characteristics of the postures. Through intensive practice and anatomical analysis of the inversion postures, as well as hands-on guidance, you will learn helpful tricks and variations to refine and realign your yoga practice.
