SOMATA is a gentle exercise method that uses gliding, flowing and dynamic movements. The practice encreases joint mobilization, trains motor skills and balances the body symmetrically.
In the workshop we will learn sequences that address deep-seated areas in the body and activate our abdominal and pelvic floor muscles.
The work on the floor and the connection of breath and movement allow an intensive opening and stretching of the connective tissue and at the same time have a strengthening and energizing effect.
