November Workshop 2 with Manu
This intensive practice stimulates the fire in the center of our body. Often the key to unlocking balances and inversions lies right here – in the power of the deep abdominal muscles. With a special focus on the iliopsoas muscles, the hip flexors, we will train the center specifically to lift us into the air and tackle poses such as crow pose, headstand and other arm supported Asanas.
