Workshop with Stefanie Berndt

In this workshop we would like to introduce you to some arm balances that are rarely taught in the weekly yoga classes. We will take extensive time to tune the body and mindset to this interesting asana group. We will deepen basic principles of arm balances, strengthen shoulders, arms and hands, and make the legs light and flexible for the ‘flying moment’. Along the way we refine the practice and there is room for questions and sharing.

Another exciting workshop element is learning and trying out the half or whole lotus posture. We will dive into different aspects of hip opening and practice mindful balancing in the knees and feet.

We welcome the curious and recommend prior experience with basic arm balances.
The workshop will take place at the studio and online and there will be a small tea break.
