Balancing from head to toe – Vinyasa yoga workshop with Lena

This workshop is all about balancing body and mind. We will approach this topic by warming up the body with fluid movements, flowing through creative sequences and strengthening the core for stability.

Over the stretch of 2.5 hours we will work on focusing the mind and prepare for a vast range of balancing postures: on two legs or just one, on our hands, knees, shoulders and on our head.

The stimulating practice is framed by excerpts from yoga philosophy and holistic techniques. We will particularly focus on Drishti and awareness of all sense organs. For more calmness and constancy the workshop moreover includes Pranayama and meditation practice.

Balancing takes a lot of practice – this is your opportunity to develop your physical and mental skills but also get in touch with your own energy balance.

The practice is open for all levels and you can take part at the yoga studio or join Online. Please register in advance.
