Workshop with yoga teacher and physiotherapist Die Krause

In the first part of the workshop we will deal with the principle of the spiral. This includes the balance between stability and mobility. Through foot and leg spirals in connection with the pelvic floor, we will work on dynamic stability in standing postures and standing balances.

In the second part of the workshop we will experience the connection of the deep hip flexor, the musculus iliopsoas and the diaphragm. This will result in an interplay of breathing and locomotion in spacey flows.

The workshop takes place in the studio and online and is suitable for all levels. There will be a small tea break during the workshop.
