HATHA YOGA
Bringing together opposing qualities and energies.
The interaction of active practice elements such as sun salutations, headstand, backbends or arm balances and gentle sequences such as forward folds, hip opening, shoulder stand or resting pose, characterizes this practice. The conscious alternation of physical tension and relaxation and of concentration and release on a mental level, create harmony and balance.
Hatha yoga is a traditional yoga method and also considers contexts of yoga philosophy. With the help of Pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, mudra (energy locks) and mantra (reciting, chanting) yogic understanding is passed on.

YOGA IN THE MORNING
Start the day on your yoga mat.
We awaken and activate the whole system with a thorough warm up, sun salutations and dynamic movement sequences as well as balance and strength exercises, tailored to the time of day. The practice straightens your posture, strengthens the abdomen and sets the energy for the day. Exercises of concentration, breath observation and awareness help to refresh the mind and senses.

BACK & SHOULDER CARE
Mobilization, activation and regeneration.
This gentle practice mobilizes and strengthens the supporting muscles of the spine, relieves tension in the shoulder and neck area and activates the entire musculoskeletal system to build a stable foundation.
With varied sequences that are easy to learn, we energize the whole body, work on healthy alignment and stabilize the core. Restorative poses and long-held stretches help to open the neck, chest, hip joints and shoulder girdle.
GENTLE FLOW & RELAXATION
An addition to your dynamic yoga practice and lifestyle.
During the practice we mindfully move the body through a series of floor work followed by gently flowing Asanas. The movement sequences alternate with moments of silence, where the body is placed in restorative poses. Using various yoga props we support the body to relax and let go. The class includes themes for internal reflection and aims to release tension physically as well as mentally.

DEEP STRETCHES & SOMATICS
Deep bodywork, soothing movement sequences and intense stretching.
In Somatic yoga we reach for the deeper areas of the body and activate fascia and connective tissue with gliding movements. We locate and train the deep muscles in the center of the body and take time for intensive stretching. The practice is accessible to all and is also recommended for those with physical limitations or to support regeneration and rehabilitation.
YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga stimulates the resting and sustaining quality within ourselves.
The focus of the practice usually emerges from one organ of the body and the corresponding meridian (energy pathway in the body) and opens up deep-seated structures and tissue layers (fascia).
Staying in the postures for a long time and being in contact with the ground, helps to arrive in the present moment without constantly letting the mind wander off into the past or future. The body and the breathing find a deep calmness and you experience serenity and clarity.

YIN & YANG YOGA
Holistic practice for the weekend.
The qualities of Yin and Yang combine warmth, strength and light with gentleness, caring and letting go. The class includes sun salutations, dynamic Vinyasa yoga sequences, as well as relaxing and supported postures. The balance between Yin and Yang provides a healthy yoga practice in which we reach not only into our body but also into our heart.
STRENGTH & MOBILITY FLOW
Movement joy, strength building and mobilization.
According to the training focus, attention is directed to a specific part of the body to activate muscles and joints, loosen fascia and increase range of motion. The routines and sequences are more freely structured than classic yoga sessions and provide space for exploration and experimentation. The creative practice is open to anyone who enjoys movement and fitness.

DEEP FLOW
Soft flowing Vinyasa yoga for the end of the weekend.
The rhythm of this practice is calmer and the sequences are designed to work the deep muscles and mobilize the whole system from the ground up. Some Asanas are held longer to stimulate more opening and widening in the body. Despite the slower pace, the flow of movement remains uninterrupted and the practice feels deep and intense at the same time.
The class is equally suitable for participants with more or less experience.
PRENATAL YOGA DURING PREGNANCY
