Spring is finally here! We look forward to share inspiring yoga classes with you on the holidays in May.

Vitality and support in a very special time: In April, Manu will launch a class for yoga and movement during pregnancy for the first time at KALAA Yoga Berlin. It will start on 6/4 and take place every Thursday from 11-12am.

This year's Easter classes are dedicated to balancing theenergies of Yin and Yang. The balance between Yin and Yang creates a healthy yogapractice, where we reach not only into our bodies, but also into our hearts.

With a renovation of the yoga studio between the years, we have refreshed and given new life to all the premises. Come by and check out the new look!

With our interesting and atmospheric workshops we create warmth and energy for the cool and dark season.

On September 3rd we celebrate our 11th birthday and to mark the occasion we would like to introduce you to our new KALAA Memberships.

Finally we can move outside again, feel the grass and the wind and breathe extra deep. Since this week we use our expanded yoga studio at the KALAA garden, because the outdoor season has begun!

In the fall of 2022 our yoga trainings will start anew. Here we would like to introduce you to our passionate work in the trainings.

We dedicate the holiday classes to the beginning of spring and three themes from yoga philosophy that inspire us at the moment and will permeate each practice.

2021 is coming to an end and we celebrate the end of the year with special yoga sessions at our New Year Retreat. In addition, we offer a Christmas yoga schedule.
