“The KAALA Yoga training has enriched me enormously in many ways: I was able to broaden my understanding of yoga, deepen my own practice as well as gain insights into yoga philosophy and a solid foundation to start my own teaching career. I am immensely grateful for this experience and can highly recommend KAALA’s training to anyone interested.”
“The KALAA Yoga training is profound, versatile and intensive. The program goes far beyond the “usual”. Because at KALAA Yoga you are literally led by the hand to an expanded self-understanding that allows you to trust yourself as a yoga teacher, touch appropriately and speak with clarity while enjoying the practice together. I can recommend the training program to anyone who wants to experience self-directed learning, personal development and self-reflection in a competent and mindful environment.”
“One word – inspiring.
Despite years of yoga practice, I didn’t know what an amazing journey I was embarking on when I decided to join the Teacher Training at KALAA. At that point, it was all about the poses and being supple and strong. The 10 weekends of training definitely taught me more about anatomy and alignment, but I also learned that yoga is so rich beyond the physical aspects. I am still impressed how Manu and Stefanie, but also all the other teachers involved, presented yoga in a way that allowed each of us to find our own path.
Giving yourself the space to develop into a teacher is something truly unique. I highly recommend the KALAA Teacher Training to anyone who wants to deepen their practice in a profound way, experience a better understanding of yoga and the amazing changes in body, mind and spirit.”
“Regardless of whether the desire to deepen one’s practice or develop a professional foothold leads to the decision to take the 200-hour KALAA Vinyasa Yoga training – this knowledge, these experiences, indeed this process is enriching, inspiring and fulfilling. I reached my personal limits and with the support of the wonderful teachers Manuela and Stefanie, I dared to take the step beyond – both physically and mentally. A great step in my personal development! Recommended for all who want to go further…”
“The training at KALAA Yoga Berlin gave me the opportunity to deepen my own practice and gain my first experiences as a yoga teacher. Manu and Stefanie manage to create a wonderful learning atmosphere in which I felt comfortable and could network with other yogis.
For me, KALAA Yoga is unique in the yoga studio jungle and stands out as a home for yoga in Berlin. The two of them succeed not only in creating varied classes, but also in conveying the content in a pedagogical way, that can be experienced/learned by everyone.
In short: KALAA is a piece of home for me. The training has given me something that I no longer want to miss.”
“It has been a rather spontaneous decision to embark on the 200-hours teacher training at KALAA Yoga Berlin and I have not regretted it during any of the intensive weekends. Manuela’s and Stefanie’s classes are very lively and rich in practical and theoretical input. During the basic training no topic was missed out or rushed. It has been a wonderful experience to immerse into the world of yoga and the best preparation for becoming a self employed yoga teacher.”
“I have been comfortable at KALAA Yoga Berlin from the very beginning. The training has step by step introduced me to numerous aspects of yoga. The practice based workshops and theory blocks have helped me to build a solid base for my future as a yoga teacher. Today I always go back to the profound knowledge Stefanie and Manuela have shared with me. I can truly recommend this experience at KALAA to everyone who wishes to embark on the yoga path.”
“I started my teacher training at Kalaa Yoga Berlin in October 2016. At that point I was not interested in teaching and rather looking to deepen my own practice. Throughout the course of the training I have experienced a strong transition. It culminated with quitting my job and becoming self employed. I look back to that challenging and fostering path with much gratitude and love. Now I live in the countryside and teach a number of well attended yoga courses in Storkow. I am very happy to have been guided towards my true destination.”
“After years of practicing yoga, I felt the urge to deepen my experience. I looked for a teacher training and found KALAA Yoga Berlin. Here I have gained a thorough insight into the system of yoga (philosophy, holistic techniques and Asana). Both trainers teach with much warmth and dedication. It was just incredible how much I have learned during one year. Thanks to the elaborate training concept I was able to open my own little yoga studio after graduating.”
“My motivation for starting the 200-hours teacher training at KALAA Yoga Berlin, was to delve deeper into yoga and develop my own practice. Their way of teaching yoga techniques, philosophy and anatomy is the perfect base for studying. Manuela and Stefanie create a wonderful frame as well as space and support for developing as a yoga practitioner and teacher. Their knowledge about yoga and the way they share it with their students have truly inspired my practice. After completing the training I was intrigued to start teaching yoga. Since then I have been teaching for a few years and still visit KALAA Yoga as often as possible.”
“I started KALAA’s yoga teacher training program in order to deepen my own yoga practice and learn how to become a yoga teacher. KALAA offered a helpful and supportive environment that was based on a knowledgeable foundation of Vinyasa yoga. As a result, my practice has been deeply enriched and become much more well rounded. In all, I found that the experience cultivated and nurtured this lifelong process of practicing yoga. I would recommend KALAA’s teacher training program to anyone who is interested in developing their own yoga practice and the tools necessary to become a yoga teacher but is not able to dedicate more than one weekend a month to the process.“
