“It has been a rather spontaneous decision to embark on the 200-hours teacher training at KALAA Yoga Berlin and I have not regretted it during any of the intensive weekends. Manuela’s and Stefanie’s classes are very lively and rich in practical and theoretical input. During the basic training no topic was missed out or rushed. It has been a wonderful experience to immerse into the world of yoga and the best preparation for becoming a self employed yoga teacher.”

“After years of practicing yoga, I felt the urge to deepen my experience. I looked for a teacher training and found KALAA Yoga Berlin. Here I have gained a thorough insight into the system of yoga (philosophy, holistic techniques and Asana). Both trainers teach with much warmth and dedication. It was just incredible how much I have learned during one year. Thanks to the elaborate training concept I was able to open my own little yoga studio after graduating.”

“My motivation for starting the 200-hours teacher training at KALAA Yoga Berlin, was to delve deeper into yoga and develop my own practice. Their way of teaching yoga techniques, philosophy and anatomy is the perfect base for studying. Manuela and Stefanie create a wonderful frame as well as space and support for developing as a yoga practitioner and teacher. Their knowledge about yoga and the way they share it with their students have truly inspired my practice. After completing the training I was intrigued to start teaching yoga. Since then I have been teaching for a few years and still visit KALAA Yoga as often as possible.”

“I have been comfortable at KALAA Yoga Berlin from the very beginning. The training has step by step introduced me to numerous aspects of yoga. The practice based workshops and theory blocks have helped me to build a solid base for my future as a yoga teacher. Today I always go back to the profound knowledge Stefanie and Manuela have shared with me. I can truly recommend this experience at KALAA to everyone who wishes to embark on the yoga path.”

“I started my teacher training at Kalaa Yoga Berlin in October 2016. At that point I was not interested in teaching and rather looking to deepen my own practice. Throughout the course of the training I have experienced a strong transition. It culminated with quitting my job and becoming self employed. I look back to that challenging and fostering path with much gratitude and love. Now I live in the countryside and teach a number of well attended yoga courses in Storkow. I am very happy to have been guided towards my true destination.”
